The ATEX 3W IP65 Maintained LED Emergency Light is designed to provide safe and continuous lighting in industrial environments with an explosion risk due to the presence of flammable gases or combustible dust. It complies with ATEX, CE, and RoHS regulations, allowing its use in classified zones 1, 2, 21, and 22, ensuring reliable operation in potentially hazardous atmospheres.

Maintained Emergency Function

This luminaire incorporates an internal backup battery that ensures automatic ignition in the event of a power failure, maintaining lighting for up to 2 hours in emergency mode. This function is essential for improving safety, facilitating evacuation, and ensuring visibility in critical situations.

LED Technology and Luminous Performance

Equipped with SMD LED technology, it offers a power of 3W and a luminous flux of 200 lumens. It emits cool white light (6500K) with a 120º beam angle, providing wide and homogeneous lighting. Its power factor of 0.95 guarantees high energy efficiency and optimized consumption.

Design, Materials, and Installation

Made of aluminum, the luminaire offers high mechanical resistance and long durability. It has an IP65 protection rating, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation, even in environments with dust and humidity.

Designed for surface installation, it can be mounted directly on walls or ceilings. The power cable is not included and must be suitable for the specific installation atmosphere, with a minimum diameter of 7 mm, compatible with the equipment's cable gland. It operates correctly in a temperature range of -20 ºC to +40 ºC.

Lifespan and Warranty

Thanks to its design and the quality of its components, it offers a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. The product has a 5-year warranty, supporting its reliability and performance in demanding industrial applications.
